Suspicious vehicle report leads to arrests

-Washington Police investigated a suspicious vehicle at Daviess Community Hospital and arrested two people.  After responding officers made contact with 27-year-old Jesse Cummings of Vincennes and 20-year-old Roger Fleetwood of Washington.  Both have been charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession, Schedule-4 Substance and Nuisance offenses.    Cummings is also charged with Dealing Marijuana, Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia, and Possession of a handgun without a license.  Cummings bond was set at $2500 and no bond was set for Fleetwood.

-Washington Police conducted an investigation on Thursday and arrested 54-year-old James Jones of Washington and 46-year-old Donna Haburne also of Washington. Both are charged with Dealing a Schedule 4 Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Jones is also charged with Dealing Marijuana.  No bond was set.

-Randall Harold Davis of Rush, Kentucky was jailed in Washington overnight for Operating While Intoxicated and Operating While Intoxicated with endangerment.  Police reports say he was apprehended following a traffic stop just after midnight along State Road 57 south in Washington. 

-Washington Police charged 20-year-old Gavyn Miller of Washington with Disorderly Conduct.  No bond was set after he was booked into the Security Center yesterday.
