It’s been 25 years since the first Taste of Daviess County was held. The annual event raises money for the Daviess County Family YMCA. Basically for a donation you can sample food from various Daviess County restaurants and caterers.
Spokesman Darrin Hornady tells us who’ll be there.
Single tickets are $15, $20 per couple, $30 for families with advance tickets. On the day of the event, add 3 dollars to those prices. Monies go to the Y to help pay scholarships for kids and families to attend and participate in the various programs available.
The taste of Daviess County is Monday April 16th starting at 4:30 at the Community Building at East Side Park.
