-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 32-year-old Lucas Sweet of Washington on Wednesday for three counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. He’s charged with OVWI, OVWI with a Controlled Substance and with Endangerment. No bond was set.
-Indiana State Police served a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence to 22-year-old Duke Webber of Washington overnight. Bond was set at $5000.
-29-year-old Wesley Potts of Odon was jailed on a warrant overnight for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $2500. The arrest made by State Police.
