Richard K. Rich Lloyd, Jr., 64, of Washington, went to be with the Lord Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, with his family by his side.
Rich was born in Evansville, to the late Richard K. Lloyd, Sr. and Nina L. St. Clair Lloyd.

Rich spent his career in the Washington Community public school system. He most recently retired as the elementary principal of Griffith Elementary School and before that taught at different local elementary
schools. Rich was an elder of New Hope Christian Church and enjoyed serving others through the church. Rich enjoyed gardening, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Rich leaves behind his loving wife of 42 years, Florinda C. Lloyd; two daughters, Emily Liddel (Michael), Kathryn Speak (Aaron); four grandchildren, Daniel and Eleanor Liddel and Lucas and Violet Speak; a
sister, Jennifer Javier (Bernard); and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, at 11 a.m. at New Hope Christian Church, 559E 100S, Washington, IN 47501, with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service. A visitation will also take place on Monday at the church from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Burial will be in Sugarland Memory Gardens.
