Peggy Stoll, 81, of Loogootee, formerly of Washington and Cannelton, Indiana passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on June 29, 1936 in Vevay, Indiana to the late Casper and Della (Thomas) Leap.
Peggy spent many of her early years as a full time homemaker and babysitter in Cannelton and later in life she worked at Marshall’s in Evansville, IN. She was a member of the Catholic Faith. Peggy was a member and friend of the V.F.W. and American Legion for many years in Vevay, Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and six of her brothers.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Darrell Stoll of Loogootee, her children; Rick (Donna) Carrico of Evansville, IN, Jim (Charlotte) Carrico of Derby, IN, Connie (Brad) Miller of Boonville, IN, her grandchildren; Amanda (Jason) Tekoppel, Emily Carrico, Kaitlyn Carrico (Brendan Kassel), Corey (Cheryl) Carrico, Jacob (Katlyn) Carrico, Chris Miller, Drew Miller, Matt Miller, and her great grandchildren; Holly, Henry, and Harvey Tekoppel, Atreyu Carrico, Cohen Miller and one sister, Betty Hargrove. Step children, Mark (Kathy) Stoll of Cement City, MI, Nena Schreiber of Clayton, IN, Jeff Stoll of Indianapolis, IN and Cara (Thomas) Hellmich of Carmel, IN, her step grandchildren, Jesse (Craig) Van Elsen, Jennie (Joe) Polzin, Daryl Stoll, Ashley (Rick) Faucette, Bart (Ashley) Cotner, Hannah Webster, Allison (Billy) Whitehouse, Brooke (Eric) Mcallister, Holly Stoll (Jon Neel), Connor Stoll, Harrison Hellmich and Alyssa Hellmich and 10 great grandkids.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 2:00 P.M (Eastern Standard Time) at Blake and Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery, IN with the Very Rev. J. Kenneth Walker officiating. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 2 P.M. at Blake and Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery, IN.
