Area roads continue to have snow and ice and remain hazardous.  Conditions are improving but motorists are still be advised to use extreme caution and use extra time to get to where you’re going.    Temperatures will remain frigid for awhile which means a thaw won’t happen soon.

City, County and State Highway Road crews are out working to make the roads safer and more passable so watch for those workers and vehicles and stay as clear as you can of them and allow them to work.

In Daviess County weather related accidents have been kept to the bare minimum and no one has been injured.
