Arrests for Residential Entry, Battery and OVWI reported…

-Elnora Police arrested two people for Residential Entry overnight.  36-year-old Joshua Hasler of Newberry and 36-year-old Erica Wagler of Elnora were both jailed on $2500 bond.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged Melissa Baldwin, 34 of Bicknell with Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana. That arrest was made Friday.

-20-year-old Gavyn Miller was jailed for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury Friday.  Bond was set at $5000.

-Jefferey Gray, 55 of Washington, was arrested by Washington Police Friday for Invasion of Privacy.

-26-year-old Virginia Richey of Jeffersonville, Indiana was arrested by State Police Friday for Operating While Intoxicated, Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.

-Washington Police arrested 30-year-old Brittney Westfall of Washington Friday for two counts of Operating While Intoxicated, including with Endangerment.  No bond was set.

-State Police arrested 28-year-old Sergo Zaragoza of Washington on a Failure to Appear Warrant.  Bond was posted.

-Bradley Miller, 64 of Wheatland was booked in on a Failure to Appear Warrant for Possession of Meth.  Bond was set at $2500.

-Washington Police conducted an investigation in possible drug activity at 774 South State Road 57.  Drug possession charges are pending on two people who were at the residence.

-Washington Police went to Wal-Mart at 5:15 last night after a report of a shoplifter.  Upon investigation, police reports say criminal consversion charges are pending against the suspect.

-No injuries when a car went into a ditch in Montgomery at 6:20 last night.

-Police logs show police responded to several reports of domestic disturbances in various areas of the county Friday and Friday night.  None resulted in arrests.
