-There was a report of a Breaking and Entering called into Washington Police at 11:45 last night.  A resident on Northeast 11th said some items were taken from his home while he was away.

-Two vehicles collided at about 7:40 last night in the Washington McDonald’s lot.

-A woman called Washington Police at 3:15 yesterday afternoon saying she was driving west on Vincennes Avenue and another vehicle disregarded the stop sign on Northwest 15th and struck her vehicle.  That motorist then left the scene.  Police received a description of the person and car but were unable to locate it. The investigation continues.

-A motorist reported that a semi in front him had a tire blow and the debris busted his windshield.  That happened in the eastbound lane of US 50 and was reported at 11:45 yesterday morning.

-Authorities worked a car/deer crash at 7:32 yesterday morning on Troy Road.

-31 year old Melissa Brown of Evansville was picked up on a warrant for Failure to Appear Tuesday. Bond was set at $2500.

-30-year-old Logan Knepp was arrested by Washington Police on Tuesday for Theft. Bond was set at $5000.

-An investigation by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department resulted in the arrest of 36-year-old April Roland of Washington. She’s charged with Neglect of a Dependent and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Bond was posted.

-Vincennes Police were called to a family fight at 11:30 Tuesday morning.  Two people were jailed for Level 6 Felony Domestic Battery.  22-year-old Tara Petijean and 23-year-old Logan J. Abel were booked into the Knox County Jail on the charge.

-47-year-old Roger Gillespie was jailed in Knox County at just after 5 yesterday evening for Operating While Intoxicated.
