Weekend Arrests, Thefts and Accidents

-A Washington man was jailed on Sunday for Possession fo Marijuana and Paraphernalia.  No bond was set for 21-year-old John Lawyer.

-38-year-old Rachel Steele of Odon was arrested by Odon Police Sunday for Possession of Meth, Marijuana, a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia. Bond was posted.

-Washington Police picked up 51-year-old Crisaforo Rodriguez Martinez of Washington on an Out of County Warrant on Saturday. 

-49-year-old James Oberst of Washington was charged with Driving While Suspended with a Prior.

-There was a 2000 Nissan Frontier reported stolen from 1820 North Street yesterday. The report was made just after 1pm.  Police are investigating.

-Washington Township Firefighters went to Highway 50 and 300-West at 3:30 yesterday in reference to a vehicle fire.  No one was injured.  Crews were on scene for about 30 minutes.

-There was a car/deer collision on I69 at the 450 South underpass at just before 6 last night.

-A caller told authorities they had ran off into a ditch on 257 south of County Road 450-South at 9:37 last night.

 -Vincennes Police served an arrest warrant on the Econo Lodge in Vincennes at just before Noon Sunday.  29-year-old Danielle N. Chapman was wanted in Knox County on a Probation Violation and in Lawrence County, Illinois for Unlawful Possession of Meth.

-Jeremy Cooper of Vincennes was booked into the Knox County Jail Sunday at 12:32am. The 26 year old is charged with Possession of Meth, Marijuana, a Controlled Substance and a Syringe.  He also faces a nuisance offense.
