Washington City Police have released more information on an arrest we reported to you on Tuesday.
The Police Department’s Emergency Response Team along with the Drug Enforcement Agency and Indiana State Police served a search warrant at 807 South Meridian for 49 year old Charles W. Jones on Monday. He had an active warrant for Dealing Meth out of Daviess County. City Detectives reported finding additional amounts of meth, digital scales, ammunition and pills of a controlled substance at the home. Jones was arrested at the home without incident and faces dealing, possession and nuisance charges.
As part of the same investigation, local police located 45 year old Howard Cannady of Washington and arrested him without incident for Dealing Meth.
