-A Washington man was booked into the Security Center overnight on an out of county warrant. No bond was set for 32-year old Larry Davis.
-38-year-old Mindy Rueger of Huntingburg was arrested by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday for Driving While Suspended with a Prior and Possession of Meth.
-Washington Police investigated reports of breaking and entering into vehicles at the VFW. The incidents occurred Monday night.
-City Police worked an accident north of MacAllister on Beer Can Road. A vehicle had gone into a ditch. That was reported at 11:45-am.

-An overheated wood burner was the apparent cause of a Monday morning fire in Washington. Firefighters responded to the home owned by Don Altmeyer on Maxwell Avenue at 7:27 Monday morning. They were on the scene for about 90 minutes. There were no injuries
