Daviess County Commissioner Tom McCracken on Tuesday reported for the Longevity Pay Committee.  McCracken said that two county employees have served the County for 42 years and are over the years covered by the current longevity pay policy.  The Commissioners approved the Committee’s recommendation of adding $500 to the pay for each employee for 2018.  The Commissioners then agreed to look at changes in the policy that would pay employees a flat $100 per year of service as longevity pay.
