A two vehicle accident backed up traffic on State Road 57 at the Pike/Daviess line this morning. The accident happened about 7:25.
Pike County Central Dispatch says one person was flown by helicopter to an Evansville Hospital and another was taken by ambulance to Evansville.
No names were released.
Central Dispatch said the vehicles were a car and a pick up.
