A burglary, some vandalism and various arrests over the weekend…

-An Evansville man and Bedford woman were arrested in Daviess County for Public Indecency.  Indiana Conservation Officers arrested 48-year-old Robert McCutcheon and 45-year-old Melissa Crane on the charge Sunday.  McCutheon was also charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Crane faces an additional charge of Public Intoxication.

-At 7:30 on Saturday morning, Vincennes Police arrested 18-year-old Preston T. Cunningham of Clarksville, Indiana for Minor Consuming and Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance.

-Authorities responded to an accident on Daviess County Road 150-West in Daviess county at 4:30 Sunday afternoon.  A truck was reported to have flipped according to police logs. There were also power lines down.  No injuries were reported.

-Washington Police investigated a vandalism incident from an Ellen Street resident.  Two male juveniles were said to have busted out windows.

-There was  a vandalism report in Odon where a resident had some tires slashed and trash dumped on their property.

-The Fire Department was called to a woods behind a residence on Northeast 9th in Washington at just after 5 on Sunday. There was a tree reported on fire.  The department had the fire out in a matter of minutes.

-A home was broken into and burglarized on Northeast 1st.  Washington Police investigated that incident at 9:40 last night. Several items were reported stolen.

 -A traffic stop over the weekend in Washington resulted in the arrest of Kendra Jean Leighty. She was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Dealing on a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance.

 -A Vincennes man was jailed at 6:30 last night after being charged with a misdemeanor count of Possession of a Synthetic Drug.   33-year-old Joshua A. Zills was also found to be wanted on a warrant for Petition to Revoke A Suspended Sentence.

-Vincennes Police arrested 43-year-old Crystal Fields and 52-year-old Larry Bateman in the 1600 block of North 14th at 9:30 Saturday night. Both are charged with Domestic Battery.

-A traffic accident at 4:45 Saturday afternoon on Reel Avenue in Vincennes resulted in the arrest of 38-year-old Nicole D. Apple of Vincennes.  She’s charged with a misdemeanor count of Operating While Intoxicated.
