(NETWORK IN) A Bloomington man fed up with people doing drugs near his house used an axe to chase some users off. Dante Jewell told reporters he saw several people shooting up in a truck while he was on his apartment balcony. Jewell said he took out a headlight and part of the windshield with the axe. Police did not charge him, though some of the neighbors said they thought the axe was a bit harsh.
