-Authorities responded to a 7:20-am call of an accident at State Road 257 and 400-South yesterday. Police reports say authorities were on the scene for until 8-am.
-There was an accident reported at 10:43 from St. John’s Road yesterday. Authorities were there for over an hour.
-Officers with the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department investigated a breaking and entering reported from a South Church Street home at Loogootee. The reported was made just after the noon hour by residence who said their house was broken into while they were out.
-A Washington man was booked into the security center on Wednesday on two counts of Operating While Intoxicated including with a Controlled Substance and with Endangerment. 24-year-old Christian Hinkle posted bond.
-A Washington City Police investigation resulted in charges of Battery, Battery on a Minor and Disorderly Conduct against 27-year-old Zachary Padgett of Washington. He was arrested yesterday and jailed without bond.
-A Knox County man was booked into the jail in Washington for Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance and with Endangerment; Possession of Paraphernalia; and Operating while never receiving a license. Bond for 26-year-old Dustin Surber of Vincennes was set at $2000 and bond was posted. The arrest was made by Indiana State Police.
-24-year-old Sarah B. Owens of Vincennes was arrested last evening in Vincennes on a warrant for Failure To Appear.
-Vincennes Police arrested 29-year-old Elizabeth Lucas last night for Escape from Lawful Detention and a Probation Violation.
-A man was booked into the Knox County Jail last night for Assisting a Criminal, False Informing and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Vincennes Police took 33-year-old Steven Durham into custody on the c charges.
-Three were arrested yesterday by the VPD for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Legend Drug. 30-year-old Regina Cuatt, 38-year-old Sue Small, and 25-year-old Cassandra Catiller were arrested at 1:45-pm in the 1300 block of Harrison in Vincennes.
