Daviess County Sheriff complaint logs show there was a vehicle and buggy accident reported just before 8 last night from a caller with a Loogootee address on Daviess County Road 1200 East.
Accident reports were not complete, but logs state that one person was taken to Jasper Memorial Hospital, three others signed a medical release.
Officers apparently spent some time looking for a male driver of a vehicle who left the scene. The driver and vehicle were located by state police in Martin County at the Shaded Estates Trailer Park.
They were transported to the Daviess County Security Center after being taken to the hospital for a blood draw.
There is one person on the daily arrest logs was charged with, Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident and that was 26-year-old Arley Dixon of Odon. He’s also charged with Operating While Intoxicated
