The Back to School Bash in Plainville is today. Leslie Heshelman says it all started 11 years ago with 3 inflatables, some trinkets and hot dogs and about a hundred people showed up. She says by the third year, it had grown enough to move from Main Street to the Plainville Park.
Heshelman says the bash continues to get bigger and better and everything is still absolutely free…
Giveaways include bicycles and chances to win other items. Anyone who is going back to school is welcome. Heshelmen gives thanks to the town of Plainville and all the sponsors who have donated money or items.
