Area Arrests

Arrest Reports: 

On Wednesday, The Daviess County Sheriff’s department arrested 33 year old Zachary J. Skinner of Winslow.  Skinner was charged with a Petition to revoke home detention and was lodged in the Daviess County Security Center on a $250,000.00 bond.

Indiana State Police arrested Jasper resident Justin K. Miller overnight.  The 29 year old Miller is charged with a host of crimes including robbery resulting in bodily injury, armed robbery, domestic battery, theft of a firearm, carrying a handgun without a license; operating a vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more, operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.  Bond was set at $25,000.00.

In Knox County:

  The Knox County Sheriff’s Department arrested 32-year-old Andrew Kenneth Greenwell Wednesday afternoon. Greenwell now faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and a syringe, and is being held for an out of county warrant.

– Vincennes Police arrested a local man Wednesday evening near 11th and Broadway. 33-year-old Andrew White was taken into custody and charged with trespass on railroad property. He was booked in to the Knox County Jail at 6:41 p.m.

– VPD arrested a wanted man and a local woman not long after 8:00 Wednesday evening. 31-year-old Ryan T. Tweedy was located by officers near the train trestle in Vincennes. Further investigation revealed that Tweedy was wanted on a warrant out of Kentucky. He is currently being held in the Knox County Jail on that warrant, as well as on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a synthetic drug. Also arrested at the location was 29-year-old Amanda S. Byrer. She is charged with possession of marijuana, a legend drug, a controlled substance and a syringe, as well as trespass on railroad property.

– Bicknell Police arrested 33-year-old Kyle Matthews Thompson late Wednesday night. Thompson is charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Knox County Jail at 11:54 p.m.
