Indiana State Police arrested 2 on possession charges, city police make an operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance arrest.
-Indiana State Police arrested two people overnight for possession of meth and paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. No bond was set for 33-year-old Daelean Skaggs and 56-year-old Joseph Smith both of Washington.
-Washington Police arrested 26-year-old Holly M. Stapleton of Washington Thursday for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance, operating while intoxicated involving endangerment, possession of marijuana and neglect of a dependent. No bond was set.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 52-year-old Larry C. Music of Paoli yesterday. He was wanted on a failure to appear warrant. Bond was posted.
-Betty Schultz, 27 of Washington was jailed on Thursday after being arrested by state police. Shultz is charged with operating while intoxicated with a prior and with a minor passenger. She’s also charged with possession of a schedul2 controlled substance. Bond was set at $2500.
-A northern Knox County man was arrested in Elnora for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Bond for 28-year-old James J. Harroll of Sandborn was set at $2000.
