Pat Herman named the new CEO of the Vincennes YMCA.

Pat Herman is a lifelong resident of Vincennes. He graduated from Rivet High School before continuing on to earn a degree in Chemistry from Indiana University and a degree in Physical Therapy from University of Indianapolis. His background mainly consists of work in health care and business with an emphasis in sales. Most recently, Herman was an orthopedic product representative. An active member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Herman hopes to become an ordained deacon sometime later this year.

Upon accepting his new position as CEO, Herman said that he was honored and blessed to be selected to lead the YMCA of Vincennes into the next phase of local community service and involvement.

Currently, Joe LaRocca is leading the YMCA of Vincennes as Interim CEO. LaRocca will continue in this position until Herman officially takes over. At this time, no date has been set for that transition. A meet and greet reception will be held with the new CEO once a date has been announced.
