WCSC Administrator facing allegations and charges

          The Washington High School Assistant Principal Troy Zollars is facing charges of battery resulting in bodily injury.

          In a story from reporter Mike Grant in today’s  Washington Times Herald, it’s reported that the charges stem from an investigation in March at the home of Heather Gee.  According to the report, Gee and Zollars were talking when the incident happened.  Both have different versions of what happened.   Zollars is accused of touching Gee in a quote “rude, insolent and angry manner resulting in injury” and Zollars is also is charged with criminal trespass. Zollars denies the allegations resulting in the charges, waived an initial hearing and requested a jury trial. The charges are a class A misdemeanor and can result in a year in jail as well as $5000 fines for each count.
