Van flips over and a ditch fire reported along I69.
-A vehicle flipped on 231 and Daviess County Road 1300-East last night. The call came in about 10:22-pm. A 911 caller said that a van was driving erratically then flipped. There was only the driver in the vehicle who was said to be out of the van and bleeding. Authorities arrived to find the van upside down in the road. The motorist signed a state of medical release refusing treatment at the scene but is believed to have gone to the emergency room on their own. Authorities worked until 12:30-am cleaning up the accident.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department responded to a property damage accident on Daviess County Road 400-South at about 1:11 Monday afternoon. There were no injuries. A caller reported a vehicle in a ditch.
-Elnora firefighters were dispatched about 2:30-pm yesterday when a caller reported a fire in a ditch. It was located on the west side of I69 near mile marker 70. Crews were on scene for about an hour.
