In Daviess County…

-Authorities responded to a call at about 10:30 Saturday night on State Road 358 at Daviess County Road 300-West. A vehicle went off the road and hit a pole. REMC was called to the scene.

-Saturday morning there was an accident involving a semi and a van at 900-East.  No injuries were reported.

-No injuries or damage were reported when deputies went to a call of a vehicle in a ditch at just after 10 last night on State Road 57 North of Plainville.

-A vehicle was reported to have gone off in a ditch early Sunday in front of North Daviess High School. The driver had fallen asleep at the wheel.

-Washington City Police worked an accident at 9:08 Saturday morning at Northwest 5th and West Walnut. Two vehicles, one with 2 adults and 2 children and another with 2 adults collided. Two people were taken to the Hospital.

-A two vehicle crash on US 41 between State Road 550 and the Melon Patch happened about 10 last night injured three people.  Two ambulances were dispatched to the scene.  A helicopter was initially called but could not fly due to weather.  Highway 41 in that area near Oaktown was closed for awhile due to the crash.

-Martin County Authorities worked an accident last night on Highway 50 just east of the Martin State Forest.
