Brandon and Stacy Stone facing charges in Martin County

Two Shoals residents are behind bars after a drug investigation.
Monday, State Trooper Jarrod Lents and Martin County Sheriff Travis Rousch were working to catch a 32-year-old Brandon Stone of Shoals who was allegedly dealing meth. A controlled buy was organized.
During the deal, police say Stone couldn’t complete the transaction and said he had meth to finish the deal later in the evening.  Using recorded conservations, Stone was charged with conspiring to deal meth.
Stone had been on probation for possessing meth so a search order was issued by Martin County Circuit Court. At Stone’s home marijuana and a schedule 4 substance were found.
41-year-old Stacy Stone was at the home and charged with multiple drug charges and for the neglect of two small children in the home.   Mr. Stone was also facing possession and neglect charges and both were also charged with felony counts of maintaining a common nuisance.
