The Vincennes Police department reports they arrested 34-year-old Rocky K. Keene at just after 7 yesterday morning. He faces several charges in connection with a robbery at Fort Knox Liquors at 15th and Hart. Arrest reports say Keene was arrested in the 1200 block of Broadway. Keene was charged with robbery, resisting law enforcement three counts of battery and attempted auto theft. He was also found o be wanted on a California warrant for robbery.
