Friday drug bust nets 8 in Martin County

 

Martin County Sheriff’s Office investigation results in 8 arrests, spanning Martin County, and over 13 grams of methamphetamine seized.

In the early morning hours of Friday the 24th March, two separate search warrants, requested by the Martin County Prosecutor’s Office, and issued by the Martin County Circuit Court was served and executed in Loogootee, by a multi-agency effort, including the Sheriff’s Office, Loogootee Police Department, the Shoals Town Marshal, and the Indiana State Police, and subsequently lead to the arrests of the following:
TIMOTHY E. ERVIN 40 OF LOOGOOTEE IN Arrested for dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and neglect of a dependent
BREANNA L. ERVIN 18 OF LOOGOOTEE IN Arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia
JACKIE EDMONDSON 41 OF LOOGOOTEE IN Arrested for dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and maintaining a common nuisance
JONATHAN W. DANT 38 OF LOOGOOTEE IN Arrested for maintaining a common nuisance
JORDAN E. SIPES 25 OF ODON IN Arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana

A subsequent investigation led the Sheriff’s Office to the south eastern part of Martin County, Emmons Ridge Road. Again, the State Police and the Shoals Town Marshal assisted in executing search warrants, that also led to the arrests of:

RICHARD BOLEN 48 OF FRENCH LICK IN Arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia. Bolen was also found to be wanted from Clark County Indiana for methamphetamine charges.
KIMBERLY K. DOBSON 34 OF FRENCH LICK IN Arrested maintaining a common nuisance, dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia
STEVE L. LEWIS 57 OF FRENCH LICK IN Arrested for visiting a common nuisance
