Lydia Baker, 99, of Washington, died at 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Villages of Oak Ridge.

 
Born May 3, 1917, in Dorrance, Kansas, she was the daughter of Henry and Rose (Kejr) Steinle.
She was a graduate of Dorrance High School. She was a homemaker and attended Calvary Missionary Church.
She is survived by two stepsons, Royce (Deanna) Baker of Washington, and Myron (Joan) Baker of Columbus; a stepdaughter, Jolene Baker of Indianapolis; stepgrandchildren Rochelle Baker and Sabrina (Andy) Englehart, both of Washington, Deneen (Todd) Henley and Tyron Baker, both of Columbus; and nine stepgreat-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by sisters Freida Palmer, Mary Sorrenson, Hannah Johnson and Bertha Easter; brothers David Steinle, Sam Steinle and Henry Steinle; and her parents.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Poindexter-McClure Funeral Home, Washington Chapel. Burial will be in Alfordsville Cemetery.
