The Washington Carnegie Public Library has an open house tomorrow. The public can stop by between 6:30 to 8 tomorrow night . You can register for giveaways and talk to staff about the services the library has. In the adult service department there’ll be live piano music with holiday favorites and some refreshments. In the Childrens area…kids and families can also register for giveaways and can decorate cookies and make Christmas ornaments. Santa and an elf will be there too.
