Janet S. McCracken of Montgomery, passed away at 10:43 pm on November 12, 2016 with her family at her bedside.
Janet was born on July 1, 1945 in Daviess County the daughter of Foster L. and Anna Pauline (Albin) McCracken.
Janet graduated from Montgomery High School in 1964 and had worked at Daviess County Hospital since 1965 as a unit clerk. She also was a former member of Otterbein United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her brothers, Robert Lee McCracken of Montgomery, and Steven J. McCracken of Montgomery.
Private funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Washington. On line condolences may be sent at www.goodwinfamilyfh.com.
