Odon police conducted an investigation yesterday and arrested four people. 42-year-old Christopher Kelsey, 28-year-old Rachel Gilley and 34-year-old Lynsey Osmon all of Odon, along with 29-year-old Adam Tolbert of Montgomery are all charged with possession of a schedule 4 substance, marijuana and paraphernalia. Kelsey was also charged with possession of stolen property. All are facing additional nuisance charges. Arrest reports say Kelsey posted bond. All were booked into the security center late last night.
