McTech planning to build a rubber factory.
The Washington Plan Commission has approved the construction of a 40,000 square foot rubber extrusion factory that would supply rubber seals to auto makers.
The proposed factory operated by McTech, would potentially employ 41 people within the next three years. The plant would be located in the recently created EZ Zoning District near the I69 Corridor. The building will be near the new cross dock facility on County road 200-East on the north side of the CSX tracks.
