Washington detectives make a meth dealing arrest

Also on the arrest log, a 19-year-old jailed for battery, and some alcohol and possession arrests from the weekend.

 

-A Washington man was arrested on a Level 3 Felony charge of Dealing in Methamphetamine early Sunday morning. The Washington Police Department reports that their detective division along with officers from the police department took 50-year-old Charles W. Graham-Junior into custody without incident after an investigation.  Graham-Junior was booked into the security center at 3:39 am on Sunday.

-Indiana State Police took 21-year-old Dalton A. Watts of Vincennes into custody on Saturday.  He was wanted on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $50,000.

-The Washington Police Department arrested 24-year-old Travis E. Allen on Saturday.  He was booked into the security center at just before 6-pm for possession of a syringe and possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance.

-30-year-old Mark W. Richardson of Washington was jailed Sunday for operating while intoxicated with greater than .15% blood alcohol content.

-Washington Police arrested Roque (ro-kway) Villavicenio (vee-ya-vi-seneeyo) for operating while intoxicated with greater than .15% and with endangerment.  He was also charged with operating while never licensed.  Bond was posted.

-An investigation by Washington police resulted in charges of battery and criminal confinement against 19-year-old Colton C. Riker he was jailed at about 11:30 Sunday morning on the charges.  No bond was set

-23-year-old Gage A. Dupont of Washington was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on Sunday.  Bond was posted.

27-year-old Amber Nunley was jailed Sunday night on a charge of arson.

-34-year-old Elizabeth Paul was arrested Sunday afternoon for operating while intoxicated with endangerment.

-35-year-old Phillip Brasseur is facing several charges.  He was arrested Saturday for driving while suspended, warrants for contempt of court and for possession of marijuana.

-Jace Catt, 32 years old was arrested by the Knox County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday for possession of a syringe and theft.
