State Police have released details of two weekend drug arrests.

On Saturday, while patrolling Daviess County Road 550-north, a trooper saw an eastbound vehicle driving left of center nearly hitting the state police car.  After being stopped, 24-year-old Justin Miller of Washington was found to be allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.  The trooper then found pot in the vehicle.  Miller was charged with driving while intoxicated and marijuana possession.

Friday night, 18-year-old Louis D. Lugo of Washington was charged with dealing and possessing marijuana after 21 packages of pot were found in a backback along with more marijuana in his pockets.  State Police say Lugo was arrested after he was seen by a trooper throw a cigarette from a vehicle on Daviess County Road 100-west. A traffic stop was made and the marijuana was discovered.
