-A Washington man was jailed last night for a count of theft. 39-year-old Eduardo Morales was booked into the security center at 11:38pm. Bond was posted.
-31-year-old Aaron d. Phillips of Washington was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on Wednesday. Bond was posted.
