Kevin D. Edwards, 58, of Washington, passed away Tuesday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.
He was born Feb. 2, 1958, in Vincennes, to William J. and Karyl Edwards of Washington.
He was a 1976 graduate of Washington High School. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and was a past member of the National Guard.
Kevin is survived by his wife Theresa (Sellers) Edwards of Washington; one son, Joshua David Edwards of Washington; two grandchildren, Hannah Edwards and David Edwards; two brothers, Keith (Linda) Edwards of Clay City, and Kent (Natasha) Edwards of Petersburg; one sister, Jamey (Rodney) Babrick of Washington.
He is preceded in death by two sons, Brian Lee Edwards and Kevin Brett Edwards; his grandparents, Archie and Beulah Boyd and William and Geneva Edwards.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary, with Vicki Murello officiating. Burial will follow in Sugarland Memorial Gardens with military graveside rites by the Washington American Legion and the V.F.W.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
