LOCAL ARRESTS
-Washington City Police booked, 61-year- old Richard L. Floyd of Washington into the security center at 1:55-am this morning. He was charged with operating while intoxicated and OWI with endangerment and with a blood alcohol content at .15 percent or more. No bond was set.
-30- year-old Jacob A. McKenzie of Linton was arrested by Odon Police overnight. He was jailed at just before 3-am for dirving while suspended with a prior. Bond was posted.
-An Independent, Iowa resident was arrested by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on Monday for failure to register as a sex offender, arson, a petition to revoke a suspended sentence and an out of county warrant. Bond was set at $307,500.
-Indiana State Police arrested an Indianapolis man on Monday for reckless driving and driving while suspended with a prior. 24-year- old Gary A. Davis bonded out of jail.
-50- year-old Tony D. Nedigh of Odon was jailed Monday for operating while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated involving endangerment. Bond was posted.
