WASHINGTON DRUG ARRESTS

-Three people were arrested Sunday after a Washington City Police drug investigation. Detectives served a search warrant at about 1:30-pm at 730-West Northwest 16th.  A news release says the county’s SRU and DEA Task Force executed the warrant.   Found at the home were meth and paraphernalia associated with meth use.  49-year-old Cathy Wethington, 26-year-old Joshua Christenberry and 21-year-old Jessica Perkins are all charged with maintaining a common nuisance, reckless possession of paraphernalia and possession of a legend drug.  Wethington was also charged with possession of meth with a prior conviction of dealing meth.

LOOGOOTEE DRUG ARRESTS

-Loogootee police arrested two people on Sunday on drug charges.  They report that 49-year-old Candace L. Hawkins and 25-year-old Lacy I Hawkins both of Shoals were taken to the Martin County Jail after an investigation involving a k9 unit, the Martin County Sheriff’s Department, state police and the state department of child services. Candace Hawkins was charged with possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance, possession fo marijuana, visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.  Lacey Hawkins faces charges of maintaining a common nuisance, possess of paraphernalia, possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance and neglect of a dependent.

MISC. WEEKEND ARREST REPORTS

-An overnight investigation resulted in battery resulting in serious bodily injury with a deadly weapon charges against 45-year-old Jason T. Warren of Washington.  He was booked in at 12:45 am today.

-51-year-old Marland J. Richardson of Indianapolis was arrested on Monday by Daviess County Deputies on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.  He was jailed without bond.

-Washington Police on Monday arrested 27-year-old Aaron L. Riggs for public intoxication. Bond was set at $2000. 

-Indiana State Police arrested 28-year-old Mark Anthony S. Turman-Junior of Indianapolis on Sunday for being a habitual traffic offender.  Bond was posted.

-A Springville Indiana man was arrested by state police in Daviess County on Sunday for operating while intoxicated.  63-year-old Steven H. Baker posted bond and was released.

-30-year-old Evan B. Stoll of Washington was arrested on Saturday for operating while intoxicated. Bond was posted.

-23-year-old Rogelio Luna-Perez of Washington was charged with operating while never receiving a license on Saturday. Bond was posted.

-Washington Police arrested 19-year-old Francisco Rodriguez of Saturday for operating while never receiving a license.  He bonded out of jail.

-45-year-old Marc D. Miller was charged with criminal mischief on Saturday.  Bond was posted.

-44-year-old Donald R. Fuelser of Washington was booked into the security center on Saturday for operating while intoxicated and OWI with endangerment.  He was released on bond.
