Weekend Arrests

Numerous alcohol and drug related arrests made Saturday and Sunday.

 

 

 

SATURDAY ARRESTS

-Washington Police charged 30-year-old Edgar A. Morales of Washington with operating while intoxicated and operating while never receiving a license on Saturday.  Bond was set at $2000.

-60-year-old Carl D. Burton of Washington was arrested Saturday for three counts of operating while intoxicated including with endangerment and with a controlled substance.  Bond was posted.

-49-year-old Stacey L. Ingle of Washington was jailed for operating with intoxicated on Saturday.  Bond was set at $2000.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department picked up 44-year-old Greg E. Finch of Washington on Saturday.  He was wanted on a failure to appear warrant.

-A Saturday investigation led to drug charges against 20-year-old Margaret E. Dant.  The arrest was for possession of meth, reckless possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

SUNDAY ARRESTS

-On Sunday, 19-year-old Joshua R. Kemp of Montgomery was arrested for operating while intoxicated and minor consumption of alcohol.  Bond was posted.

-Also arrested on Sunday was 21-year-old Guy A. Catt for operating while intoxicated.  No bond was set.

-41-year-old Tara M. Graber of Washington faces possession charges after a city police investigation on Sunday.  Graber faces charges of possession of marijuana, synthetic cannabis, a legend drug and paraphernalia and also maintaining a common nuisance.  She was jailed without bond. Also charged was 43-year-old Michael Merritt facing possessing of synthetic cannabis or K2 and maintaining a common nuisance.  No bond was set. -24-year-old Alexander R. Meyr of Washington was arrested for visiting a common nuisance and possession of synthetic cannabis his bond was set at $2000.

-Another weekend drug investigation resulted in charges of possession of meth, heroin and paraphernalia as well as dealing meth and maintaining a common nuisance against 38-year-old Steven W. Lyford.  No bond was set.
