Man charged with battery on an officer….
-On Saturday, Washington police arrested 29-year-old Cole Ross of Washington on several charges. He was jailed without bond for battery, attempted battery on an officer, battery on law enforcement, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, reckless possession of paraphernalia and possession of a syringe.
-Odon Police took a Jeffersonville, Indiana man into custody on Sunday. Richard Brock, 23 years old is charged with possession of paraphernalia and marijuana. Bond was posted.
-On Sunday, 27-year-old Marcus H. Wagler of Washington was jailed for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance and with endangerment. He was also charged with obstructing justice. No bond was set.
-Three people were arrested on Sunday by Washington police in separate incidents of operating a vehicle while never licensed. 35-year-old Rocha Sandoval of Columbus, Indiana, 38-year-old Raul Valdes-Sandoval and 30-year-old Carlos E. Miranda both of Washington were all jailed on the charges and posted bond.
-Washington police charged 20-year-old Christian E. Pimentel of Washington for possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released on bond.
-57-year-old Michael A. Vachet of Washington was charged with driving while suspended Sunday. No bond was set.
