Man jailed after an accident.
-45-year-old Craig Roark of Washington was arrested by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department last night. He was booked into the security center at 9:08-pm for operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. It’s believed the charges stem from an accident reported about 7:20 last night near the Oak Grove Cemetery. A vehicle hit a pole and the driver reportedly walked away. The AT&T pole was snapped in the incident. The motorist had ran into the woods and was later located on Bent Avenue and taken to the ER and cleared and then taken to the security center.
-Washington police arrested 37-year-old Jennifer Sandoval of Washington yesterday on a petition or evoke a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $200,000.
