Accident and incidents

Crashes  reported on Old 50 and in Montgomery over the weekend……

 

-Just after midnight last night, county officers investigated a burglary on Daviess County Road 575 East.  An accident involving a vehicle and a pole at the Farlen Intersection was also investigated that was possibly related to the residential burglary.  Police logs state one person was taken into custody as a result of the accident.

 

-There were no injuries at 5:33-pm last evening when authorities investigating a vehicle that went off the road on Old 50 west of the Perdue turnoff.  Accident reports say the vehicle hydroplaned on the wet road and went off of the road.  The driver signed a statement of release for medical personnel and there was under a thousand dollars damage reported.

 

-Two cars collided in Montgomery on Sunday.  A vehicle turned right from Park Road onto 1st Street and hit another car.  There were no injuries and under a thousand dollars damage.

 

-Washington Police investigated a report of tires slashed.  That was reported at just after six Saturday night on Northeast 3rd.
