Charles W. Masters passed away Friday, March 11, 2016 at 1:15 p.m. EST at Amber Manor in Petersburg, Indiana.
Charles was born on December 19, 1951 in Washington, Indiana to Richard M. Masters and Olive T. Stubblefield.
Charles worked at PCARC.
Survivors include brother Joe Masters of Velpen, Indiana; sisters Ruth Devine, Coatsville, Indiana, Clarice Wiscaver, Otwell, Indiana, Virginia Ann Deen, Winslow, Indiana, Lois DeMotte, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Linda Richardson, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Charles was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard & Raymond Masters and by four sisters, Irene Cardinal, Melba Davis, and Norma & Mary Masters.
Graveside Services will be held at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Petersburg, Indiana on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 2 p.m. There will be no visitation.
