A Newberry man is believed to have suffered a medical emergency while driving and crashed into a tree on 231 north of Farlen.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at just before 1 Wednesday afternoon where David Brasseur, driving a 2011 Chevy, ran off the road and into a tree. Brasseur was found unconscious and not breathing and despite live saving measures in the ambulance, Brasseur was pronounced dead upon arrival at Daviess Community Hospital. The accident remains under investigation.
Southwest Medical, the Daviess County Sheriff’s and the Odon/Madison Fire Departments all responded to the incident.
