Donald Hayes “Don” Frankum

Donald Hayes “Don” Frankum, 83, of Washington, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 26, 2016 while surrounded by his loving family.
Don was born July 21, 1932, to the late Rufus and Brenis (Hayes) Frankum.
Don attended Wheatland schools, was a truck-driver, and a member of Trinity Gospel Tabernacle for 30 years.
He is survived by ; a son, Anthony D. (Cynthia) Frankum; a son-in-law, Roger Crane; three grandchildren, Clinton W. (Jill) Crane, Brian R. (Ashley) Crane, and Myleah Frankum; two great-grandchildren, Caidence Crane and Chloe Crane; siblings, Janice (Kenneth) Schwibbe.
Don was preceded in death by his loving wife, Evelyn M. Frankum; a daughter, Bonnie (Frankum) Crane; siblings Mary Mattingly, Carl Frankum.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Gill Funeral Home 308 E. Walnut ST Washington, IN 47501, with Rev. Chad Hunting and Rev. Mack Jones officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Monroe City where there will be Military Graveside honors by the American Legion and the V.F.W.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2016 also at the funeral home.
