Indiana will be one of 25 states, territories and the District of Columbia to participate in the largest to date test of the Emergency Alert System. This test will occur Wednesday afternoon. Paul Goss, Director Of Emergency Management in Daviess County, tells us how this test will differ from tests you may be familiar with.
