Rachel Sellers has officially announced her candidacy for County Recorder.
Sellers is running as a Democrat in the May primary. In her announcement, the Barr Reeve High School graduate says she has a Bachelors Degree in English from USI and currently works as a purchasing and receiving clerk for a local heating and air conditioning company.
She says the Recorder’s office interests her because it’s a position of public service and not one centered around partisan politics or divisive issues.
This is her first time running for public office saying she wants to give voters a choice and will always keep taxpayers interests first.
