Madison C. Wagler, 19, of Montgomery passed away at 10:43 a.m. February 20, 2016 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.
He was born March 3, 1996 in Bedford, IN to Marlin and Laurel (Graber) Wagler.
Madison was a 2014 graduate of Barr-Reeve High School. He was employed at Sullivan Hardware. He enjoyed hunting, but most of all, he loved music.
He was a member of Berea Mennonite Church.
Madison was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Arthur C. Graber; paternal grandparents, Alvin C. and Mary Wagler; aunts, Marlene Lengacher and Mary Jane Kemp and cousin, Nathaniel Wagler.
He is survived by his parents, Marlin and Laurel Wagler of Montgomery; sister, Amanda (Stephen) Qualkenbush of Loogootee; brother, Josh Wagler and girlfriend, Shayna Rainey of Washington; niece, Malin Qualkenbush; nephew, Carter Rainey; maternal grandmother, Anna Marie Graber; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Berea Mennonite Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 22, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Berea Mennonite Church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Gideon International.
