Paul Sylvester Ferguson, 74, of Loogootee, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 in Loogootee. He was born in Daviess County, Indiana on June 24, 1941 to Paul Gordon and Jessie (Hoggat) Ferguson. Paul was happily married to Eileen (Murphy) Ferguson until her passing in 1991.
Paul was a US Army Veteran. He was a machinist for Gleason Works for 44 years. Paul retired in 2003.
Survivors include: two sons, Andy (Kristin) Ferguson of Conesus, NY and Paul Edward (Julie) Ferguson of Cato, NY; five grandchildren; two brothers, Marion Ferguson of Burns City and Ed Ferguson of Elnora; five sisters, Agatha Fern Merrill of Lewiston, ME, Jean Layton of Elnora, Julia Miles of Washington, IN, Leona Stowe of Burns City and Linda Ferguson of Plainville.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Eileen Ferguson.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at the Meng Family Funeral in Odon. There is no service scheduled. Interment will be held at a later date.
