Garnett Ruth (Ivey) Raney, 93 of Washington passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Prairie Village.
Garnett was a 1941 graduate of Epsom High School and a member of Central Christian Church.
She was wed to Robert O. Raney on July 16, 1949 and he preceded her in death on January 30, 1997. Garnett enjoyed her family, reading, and playing bingo.
Garnett is survived by a niece, Linda Hauser (Gary) of Poplar Grove, IL; two nephews, Gary Jones (Sherry) of Washington, Keith Jones (Julie Jones) of Washington; several great nieces and nephews; and many great-great nieces and nephews.
Garnett was also preceded in death by her mother, Cora Agnes (Martin) Ivey; and 2 sisters, Bonnie Mosby (Bill) and Helen Jones (Dean).
